These Terms and Conditions govern all travel services provided by Indo Voyages, including tailor-made itineraries, curated travel experiences, transportation arrangements, accommodation assistance, and related travel coordination services.

By booking a trip with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Tailor-Made Travel Services

Indo Voyages specializes in customized travel experiences.

Each itinerary is designed individually based on client preferences, travel style, and availability. Due to the nature of tailor-made journeys, itineraries may be adjusted based on local conditions, weather, transportation schedules, or operational factors.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Agreement on the final itinerary
• Confirmation of pricing
• Receipt of required deposit

Once confirmed, we will proceed with arranging services as agreed.

4. Payments

To secure bookings, a deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed timeline before or during the trip, depending on the service arrangement. Payment methods will be communicated directly during the booking process.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Because all journeys are tailor-made:

• Cancellation terms may vary depending on services booked
• Some services (hotels, transport, activities) may be non-refundable
• Itinerary changes are possible but subject to availability and feasibility

We always aim to offer flexible solutions whenever possible.

6. Travel Adjustments

Travel in Indonesia, especially across regions like Sulawesi, may involve unexpected changes due to weather, local conditions, transportation availability, or cultural events.

reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary to ensure safety, comfort, and travel continuity.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Valid passports and visas
• Travel insurance
• Personal health and medical requirements
• Following local laws and cultural customs

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all journeys.

8. Liability

Indo Voyages acts as a travel design and coordination company.

We work with trusted local partners for transportation, accommodation, and activities. However, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances caused by third-party providers, natural events, or force majeure situations.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Political or governmental actions
• Transportation disruptions

In such cases, we will assist in adjusting travel arrangements whenever possible.

10. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:
